Factors such as aging, sudden weight loss, sun exposure or an unbalanced diet, causing what is called commonly as flaccidity: This mesh is “loose” and gives skin its smoothness. The areas that are affected first are the neck, forearms, breasts and abdomen.

To avoid this, it is important to follow a balanced diet (rich in fruits and vegetables, low fat), protection from the sun, drink lots of water, take a fitness routine and get enough sleep. For the face, use daily with collagen and elastin creams can also help.

Tonification face sagging and may require a toning routine, we can sum it to the steps we take when we take off our makeup or when you get a facial. Before applying the cream we use to sleep, we spent some facial tonic (as cold as possible, so also stimulate circulation), and we take a short massage: a circular motion from the cheeks to the temples, and then chin to the nose, putting pressure without hurting.

Tonics are offered by the market, as mentioned, elastin and collagen as essential assets. But we can make our home with natural elements. For example:

  • Chamomile: heat a cup of water and boil, remove and add 1 tablespoon of chamomile flowers. We plugged and let rest for ten minutes, filter and cool in refrigerator.
  • Honey: mix equal proportions of honey and hammamelis lotion.
  • Citrus: a cup of natural yogurt, we added 1 tablespoon lemon juice, an orange juice and a grapefruit juice. Mix until integrated. It is rinsed with fresh water.
  • Parsley: heat up a glass of water and boil, remove and add 3 or 4 sprigs of parsley. We plugged up and leave until cold. We apply it with a cloth or swab and leave it on for five minutes before rinsing with cool water.
  • Romero: Boil one tablespoon of dried rosemary in 250 cc. water for 5 minutes. We cool. Then add half cup of rose water and retain cold. We applied with cotton or cloth and let act ten minutes. Retreated with fresh water.

In a routine cleaning, and exercise stress stimulus, the toner closes the pores, preventing them from forming pimples or blackheads.
