Treatments to Get Rid of Skin Spots

Skin SpotsThe clams in the skin have different origins and aspects. On one side are the dark spots: melasma, which are the spots caused by sun exposure, and those who are called chloasma, which occur especially during pregnancy. In both cases, are areas of skin that become darker due to hypermelanosis, ie, excess pigmentation. The most affected areas are in the face: forehead, cheekbones, lips and nose. On the other hand, there are patches that are paler in color our skin, because of a lack of pigmentation.

Spots on the skin if you have any of these spots, the most common missing or clarification is the use of bleaching creams and referral scrubs such as: the diamond-tipped dermoabration. Creams containing assets are those that show effects faster. These may be Kojic acid, phytic, tretina, or alpha-hydroxy, vitamin C, or retinol hidroquina. What they do basically is to stimulate the shedding of dead skin and protect from sun exposure to the new skin. If we decide to opt for a cream, it is best to start with the cosmetic type, which are the counter; because they have a minimum level of assets and are used for milder stains. If you need more treatment, it is always advisable to consult a dermatologist who advised us know.

If you prefer to opt for a homemade recipe, there are several treatment options with natural elements:

  • Carrot Mask: process a carrot, half a cucumber and a sprig of parsley. If the humidity of the cucumber is not enough, you can moisten the mix with more olive oil. Treatment is simple: three times weekly, apply on the face and we perform 15 minutes. We removed with warm water. We keep the mixture refrigerated.
  • Acid Lotion: Mix one teaspoon of lemon, another cider vinegar and water. Moisten with a cotton swab and apply it on the stain rub once a day. We act for the night.
  • Aloe vera mask: mix lemon juice with two tablespoons of milk and apply on the spot. When dry, cover with aloe pulp look and cover with gauze. We act for the night and removed with warm water. As always we use aloe vera, it is important to moisturize after removing any cream because it tends to dry the skin.

Although, as we have seen, there are treatments for skin spot, it is best to prevent them in the first place. The key advice is to stay protected from the sun at all times. It also helps to avoid products containing alcohol because they burn the skin.
