And lets not forget the frequent application of makeup products that we usually selected for its visual effect rather than thinking about their consequences on the skin.

For all this, it is very important to worry about maintaining a healthy complexion. We can choose to visit a beauty center, at least monthly, or we get used to spending time at home, serving as products offered by the market or we do ourselves.

It would be interesting to bear in house makeup remover, moisturizer and a tonic. It is advisable to make sure each one is right for our skin types-dry, oily or mixed-use daily and before bedtime.

If you prefer to prepare our own products, there are many homemade recipes that may interest us and you can do with natural products:

Moisturizing Cleanser: half a cup of warmed milk with violet flowers (dried or fresh). It should not boil, but rather warm. We let it sit and then sneaked a couple of hours. We apply a cotton ball, leave it on for 15 minutes and remove with cool water.

Refreshing Mask: grate an apple that previously had in the fridge. Chop mint leaves and add the applesauce. Applied to the face and leave it on for twenty minutes. Retreated with fresh water.

Mask to reduce wrinkles, remove peel and seeds of a small tomato and then tread. We put in a bowl and add natural yogurt (a couple to the amount we have collected from tomato puree). Mix well and apply on face, massaging particular areas that have wrinkles or lines, for 15 minutes. Rinse with warm water.

Mask for sensitive skin: we step on a banana with a tablespoon of honey. We add one beaten egg and oatmeal and stir until the mixture thicken. We apply a layer of the skin and leave it on for half an hour. We removed with warm water and we dry without rubbing hard. If the skin is damaged, we can make it every other day for faster results.

We now have an assortment of choices for skin care of our face so we can more easily put a good face to everyday life.

Just as there are different types of hair, different skin types. It can be fat (if there is an excessive accumulation of fat), dried (for lack of moisture) or mixed (a combination of both conditions). This time, we will take care of dry skin, care required and some treatment options.

This type of skin can be caused by various conditions: poor diet (which causes a deficiency of certain vitamins, and minerals like zinc), intensive sun exposure, use of certain soaps, pollution, environmental changes or simply over time. Whatever the cause, the sebaceous glands do not produce enough fluid to lubricate and protect skin from moisture loss.

Then the skin is dull and increases their sensitivity, their texture becomes very thin and red, tends to tear easily and develop premature wrinkles. In addition, it may become scaly.

The care required for dry skin are based on smoothing treatment that we give and hydration. It is advisable to avoid soaps, perfumes, detergents, take a shower with warm water (never hot water) and in the shortest time possible, to dry out, do it with gentle strokes, do not rub, drink lots of water during the day and avoid exposure to strong sunlight, extreme cold or wind.

With regard to use creams, it is important to have sunscreen, and also vitamins E and A, collagen or elastin. It would be important to supplement during the night with some regenerative components.

Also interesting is the possible application of masks and treatments. If we can not resort to a dermatologist or cosmetologist, there are several homemade recipes:

Moisturizing Mask: mixture of 1 tablespoon vinegar 2 egg yolks, 1 tablespoon yeast, 1 tablespoon olive oil apple, 2 tablespoons honey and 2 tablespoons yogurt. Apply and leave for twenty minutes. Remove with distilled water.

Apply at night watermelon juice on her face. Repeat for two weeks.

To smooth the wrinkles that form, especially around the eyes, we can apply the mixture of whipped egg white until stiff, with oatmeal. It should be dry and remove with warm water.

To replace cleansers (which can be aggressive), we can choose two natural choices: (1) a mixture of plain yogurt and a spoonful of milk or (2) a couple of tablespoons of warm milk and oil oil and used as such.

Like any habit change, we must bear in mind it may be time to start seeing results. However, it is also pertinent to remember that dry skin has its advantages, it is not prone to acne or pimples.
