How to Make a Facial at Home
Deep cleaning helps keep the skin clean, healthy and beautiful. For facial treatments we cleanse, exfoliate, activating blood circulation and nourishing the skin.

You will need:
1 – Water
2 – Cleansing Cream
3 – Scrub
4 – Cotton
5 – Tonic

7 – Optional chamomile or lavender tea (a tea bag or one teaspoon of flowers)
8 – One or more towels

Steps:
1 – Agenda. The first step is to put all the necessary materials in one place.

2 – Building steam. You need steam for this you can boil water and if you want to add chamomile.

3 – Clean. Wipe your face with cold cream. After cleaning using plenty of water, preferably warm. Clean the eye area with cotton and special eye cleanser and warm water.

You can also use an exfoliating mask or a homemade peeling.

8 – Mask. Apply your favorite mask, with rotary movements. Let the mask for 10-15 minutes.

While wearing the mask you sit back, relax, try to hear the sound of your own heart and your mind focused on positive thoughts. The mask is removed with water and tonic at the end.

9 – Moisturizer. Apply your moisturizer. If you have very oily skin, this step is not essential.

10 – Eye Cream. Apply your eye cream with delicate movements. Do not haul on the skin around the eyes, this area is very thin and continuous jerky movements cause wrinkles over time.

With these simple ten steps and 30 minutes you will have a pleasant experience and you’ll be helping your skin. You can get this home facial once a week.
