Home Treatments exfoliating and moisturizing to soften hands
The skin of the hands is the most exposed to harmful environmental agents: the sun, cold, wind, and the different textures that come into contact by touching things, holding, supporting, etc.. That’s why we say that the age a person can see in his hands: a players body parts of mediation between us and the world.
Today we offer a home treatment to exfoliate and moisturize your hands, and thus soften. We can do it once or twice a week is very effective and very simple to prepare and apply.
We will need the following ingredients of beauty:
Almond oil or rosehip
White sugar
Lemon juice (a few drops)
Liquid soap (preferably calendula or aloe vera)
And our usual hand cream
First, we untarnos the oil on your hands, nails and wrists. While careful to cover all the skin, since it works as natural moisturizer. Then exfoliate the area: in the palm of the hand mixing one teaspoon of sugar with drops of lemon juice until it forms a paste. Using a circular motion, let’s spread it around the hand. The sugar will get rid of dead cells and lemon bleach will serve as sunspots. Third, we will wash thoroughly with liquid soap and rinse with warm water to us, taking care to leave the space clean under fingernails. After gently drying off, we apply our hand cream.
Another way home to take care our hands is giving them a bath weekly moisturizing. Let boil three minutes a teaspoon of sage (which has anti-inflammatory properties, antioxidants and antiperspirant) and marigold (which matches the skin tone and stimulates collagen generation, helping to combat scarring and irritation). Then let cool a few minutes and when the water is warm, dip our hands on it for about fifteen minutes.
While sometimes prioritize the care and appearance of our nails, as we see, is simple and does not require too much work to dedicate our hands. Healthy and beautiful, always allow us to make a good impression when they give testimony to our quality of life.
