Usually we worry about the quality of creams and cosmetics that we use for our skin to be healthy and look good but we never take into account the importance of facial massage.

How to Tone the Skin

Collagen and elastin of the skin form a mesh that holds the skin epidermis and subcutaneous tissue holds together. Factors such as aging, sudden weight loss, sun exposure or an unbalanced diet, causing what is called commonly as flaccidity: This mesh is “loose” and gives skin its smoothness. The areas that are affected first are the neck, forearms, breasts and abdomen.

To avoid this, it is important to follow a balanced diet (rich in fruits and vegetables, low fat), protection from the sun, drink lots of water, take a fitness routine and get enough sleep. For the face, use daily with collagen and elastin creams can also help.

  • Romero: Boil one tablespoon of dried rosemary in 250 cc. water for 5 minutes. We cool. Then add half cup of rose water and retain cold. We applied with cotton or cloth and let act ten minutes. Retreated with fresh water.

In a routine cleaning, and exercise stress stimulus, the toner closes the pores, preventing them from forming pimples or blackheads.
